The Exeter Carbon Observatory (ExCO) is used for both undergraduate and postgraduate research projects. Past research projects have focussed on quantifying carbon storage and variation in soil carbon respiration. New postgraduate research projects could be developed at ExCO sites through the Geography Masters by Research Programme (contact Dr Ted Feldpausch to discuss project ideas).
