Judges (training attendees)

As a judge hearing international protection claims you are the expert for any issues arising in your work for which you feel further training might be beneficial. You know best which training features are most useful and accessible to you. Participating in the research would provide an opportunity for:

  1. Reflecting on the ways in which asylum-related training impacts on your daily practice.
  2. Sharing your ideas for further training improvement.
  3. Giving your input into shaping the design of digital learning/ remote online training.
  4. Exchanging reflections with judicial colleagues in a confidential environment about the most useful features of in-person and virtual training.
