Congratulations to the class of 2014 on your graduations this week. Your day will be a truly beautiful one so make sure that you enjoy every moment. All of us here within the Accommodation Office would like to wish our 2014 graduands every success with their future endeavours.

Whilst we are waving a fond farewell to some of our students who are heading off to pastures new, we still have many students studying at the University of Exeter who need accommodation for the next few years. One of the questions we have been asked recently is where to look for accommodation in the private sector and the answer is…*drum roll*… Studentpad! This is a site which is supported by the University whereby we encourage our landlords to get accredited through the AfS/Unipol scheme. There won’t be any large up front registration fees to pay and you can contact the landlords directly to ask any questions before committing yourselves to a contract. For further information on this, please visit our website.

Calling all new students!! Just to let you all know that we have been making some changes to our website so if you are moving in to our accommodation this September, please see our Freshers section for information on what you need to bring with you and what you need to do prior to arrival. We have also updated our FAQs, so if you are struggling to make your accommodation application, please check this before sending us an email to see if your problem can be resolved through our website.

Have you just received your International Baccalaureate results and have submitted your application for accommodation? We are currently processing these and offers will be sent out to your emails by the end of next week, so keep checking your inbox!
