Our teams have been busy this week as applications went live for prospective students joining us in 2015/16. We have received over 1500 applications so far and have helped students with a variety of queries, from how to activate an accommodation account and how to apply. Don’t panic if you have not yet submitted your application, as if you are a New Undergraduate and meet our guarantee, the date you apply does not affect the allocation process, as it is not first come first serve and you have until 31 July to make an application. Remember that you can only apply for accommodation once your academic place at Exeter is firm, so if Exeter is your insurance choice you will not be able to make an application at this time.
Are you a current registered student and need accommodation over the Summer vacation period? We are pleased to be able to provide en-suite rooms at James Owen Court at £127.26 per week or Birks Grange Village studios at £151.55 per week for the summer vacation between 20 June – 5 September 2015. All rooms have a minimum contract length of 4 weeks and can be extended upon request in accordance with availability. Applications open of 5th May and will be processed on a 1st come basis, so make a note in your diary.
One final diary date for you is 20 April, which is the deadline to register to vote in the general election. Did you know that you can register both here in Exeter and at home and then have the option to vote at either?
