For those of you who asked to be placed on our pre-arrival waiting list, please see below for an update on how the waiting list works:

Pre-arrival waiting list
If you have a confirmed accommodation booking for September 2015 and have also asked to go on our waiting list in order to be notified if a room becomes available prior to Arrivals Weekend that your details have gone on our ‘pre-arrival waiting list’. Please note if a room becomes available we will look through this list and will contact students via email/telephone if we are able to move you. If you do not hear from us prior to your arrival, then please arrive to your confirmed residence.

Post-arrival
If a room does not become available prior to your arrival in September and you still wish to move. Please notify the Accommodation Team once you have arrived with us and ask to be placed on our ‘post arrival waiting list’ in order to be notified if a room becomes available. We allow a two week settling in period and will look at reallocations, if rooms do become available, from 28 September onwards.

Drop- in sessions
The Accommodation Team are available during your first term and will be on hand between 9:00am-5:00pm within The Forum for the first few weeks of term. You will need to arrange an appointment through the Student Information Desk.
