Recently, many of you have been enquiring about extending your contract once it ends to stay during the summer term. We are unable to extend contracts within many residences but are able to offer summer accommodation. Please see below for further information:
What is summer accommodation?
The option of self-catered summer accommodation is available for students whose contracts end in June/July but wish to stay for longer or for current University of Exeter students who wish to stay in our accommodation during this period. Summer accommodation is available between 18 June and 3 September 2016 for a minimum contract length of four weeks*.
*The four weeks can be extended up to 3 September 2016 in accordance with availability.
What is available for Summer 2016?
This year, we are able to offer a James Owen Court single en-suite room for £129.63 per week or a Birks Grange Village studio for £155.89 per week. You will need to pay in full, in advance of your stay within 5 days after you have accepted your accommodation offer.
How do I apply?
Applications will open on Monday 25 April 2016 and will be processed on first come first serve basis and subject to availability of accommodation.
