Undergraduate students who applied before 31 July
Students who have applied for accommodation within our Accommodation Guarantee, please note that we will begin sending offers out from Monday 22 August. These offers will be sent out in batches throughout the week and we recommend that you keep an eye on this blog and our Facebook page in order to be kept updated on which offers are being sent out and when.
You will receive an email to advise you when the offer is ready for you to view. If you have not received this on Monday then please be patient as you can hear at any time between Monday-Friday. Please ensure that you have a £300.00 accommodation deposit ready in order to confirm your room booking as offers are sent with a 3-5 day expiry date.
International Postgraduate students who applied from 1 August
International Postgraduate students who applied within the Accommodation Guarantee have now been notified of their accommodation offers. We have since advised all International Postgraduate students who applied from 1 August onwards that their details are being held on our waiting list should a room become available. Please be advised that we are currently working through this waiting list and offers are being sent to students as soon as rooms become available.
In the meantime, if you wish to guarantee yourself accommodation for 2016/17, we would recommend you consider looking for private housing within the city.
Induction and arrival – closing for one week
Our online induction and arrivals check-in system will only be available until Sunday 21 August for those students who have been sent an offer of accommodation already. This system will be closed from next week and will re-open on Tuesday 30 August. Please see our ‘how to’ videos below for information on how these can be completed:
