Undergraduate students who applied before 31 July
We will start sending offers out today (Monday 22 August) to those students who applied for accommodation within our Accommodation Guarantee. These offers will be sent out in batches throughout the week and we recommend that you keep an eye on this blog and our Facebook page in order to be kept updated on which offers are being sent out and when.
You will receive an email to advise you when the offer is ready for you to view. If you have not received this on Monday then please be patient as you can hear at any time between Monday-Friday. Please ensure that you have a £300.00 accommodation deposit ready in order to confirm your room booking as offers are sent with a 3-5 day expiry date.
Induction and arrivals booking system currently closed
Students who have already confirmed their accommodation booking for 2016/17 and have received an email advising them to complete the online induction and book their accommodation arrival slot, please note that system is now closed and will re-open in batches on Tuesday 30 August. We will update you on this blog and within our Facebook page when it is available again.
Private housing
For students looking at private housing for the academic year 2016/17, we recommend looking on our ‘Studentpad website’, where you will find advertisements for various types of housing, including lodgings and shared houses. We are also aware that the following private sector residences currently have availability, please contact them directly for further information using the links below:

- Collegiate(Picturehouse Apartments – studios)

- Platform (One and two bed flats on 52 week contracts)
Areas in the city which are close to the University of Exeter include: Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, Newtown, Stoke Hill, St James, St Thomas, Heavitree, St Davids, Central, St Leonards and andy postcodes starting with EX1 or EX4.
