Accommodation offers are continuing to be sent this week to those students who applied within our Accommodation Guarantee (11 April – 31 July 2016). These offers are being sent in batches throughout the week and all students who fall within this category should receive an offer of accommodation by email by the end of the day on Friday 26 August if the University has confirmed your academic place.

Please see below for further information on what is required to secure your room booking for 2016/17:

Accepting an Accommodation Offer
Offers which are being sent out will have either a 3 or a 5 day expiry date. The expiry date is the date in which students are required to accept the accommodation offer by and pay the £300.00 deposit. Please view our ‘How to accept an accommodation offer’ video for information on what you need to do.

Paying the £300.00 accommodation deposit
In order to see the different methods of payment we accept in order to pay your accommodation deposit, please view the ‘How to Pay‘ pages on our website. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours (or two working days) for a deposit to be processed. Your offer will not expire as long as you have accepted the contract. If you have not received a confirmation email after three working days, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Offered a room at Northfield, Point Exe or The Printworks
Please remember that if you are offered accommodation in Northfield, Point Exe or Printworks, you will sign a contract and pay any deposit due to the company operating these residences.
