Deposits
If you have paid an accommodation deposit and your accommodation account is still saying “accepted – await deposit” please note that it can take up to 48 hours for a deposit to be processed. If you paid on Friday 26 August, you will receive a confirmation email within the next two days. Your offer will not expire as long as you have accepted the contract. If you have not received a confirmation email after three days, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can look into this.
eInduction
You are required to complete the online eInduction before you are able to book your arrival slot. This provides incredibly useful information about your residence and what you need to know prior to your arrival and during your stay. Please note that you must complete this on a computer and are unable to complete it on an iPad, tablet or smart phone. We recommend viewing our ‘How to complete the online eInduction‘ video for advice.

What do I need to bring?
Our Arrival’s and Freshers’ webpages provide information about what you need to bring and what needs to be done prior to your arrival with us. Please ensure that you look at the below checklists which provide useful items which will see you through your first night*.
*It is not recommended that those within self-catered each buy a 12 piece dining set because if you are sharing the kitchen with other people who all decide to bring a dining set, this is a lot of washing up!
