Time slot no longer available?
If the arrival time slot that you are trying to book is no longer available then you will need to choose the next one that is available to suit you. Please view the below ‘how to’ videos for information:

Arrival time slots are for 30 minutes between 9:00am-6:30pm. If you are arriving between 6:30pm-10:30pm then you will be able to book a slot for this specific time frame and arrive at any time during the four-hour period. For students arriving after 10:30pm, please contact us and let us know in order for us to update you on how to colelct your key.
Arrival booking times
If you are due to stay in Lafrowda, Rowe House, St Germans, Birks Grange Village (self-catered) or Duryard, please note that Wednesday 7 September is the last day for you to use the online arrivals booking system. For all other residences, the last day to use the arrivals booking system will be Thursday 8 September. Please ensure that you have made any amendments to your booking by midnight on that day.
The first meal that students will receive in catered halls is brunch on Saturday 10 September.
Welcome BBQ and Curry Night
All new arrivals are invited to come along to their residence Welcome BBQ which will be held at either La Touche (behind Cornwall House) and/or Birks Grange Village between 7:00pm-9:00pm on either Friday 9 or Saturday 10 September.
A Curry Night is also taking place at La Touche and/or Birks Grange Village between 7:00pm = 9:00pm on Sunday 11 September.
Tickets for these events cost £5.00 and can be purchased in advance through the Residence Life Team website or upon arrival, this will include your food. You will need to provide your own drinks. They are a great opportunity to get to know people in your flat and within your residence.
These events can be attended by any students including those staying within Rowancroft, off-campus accommodation, any nominated residences or within private housing in the city. A full list of events can be found on the Guild Freshers’ page.
