Moving out of catered accommodation?
Students currently living in catered halls need to vacate their room and return their keys for the Christmas Vacation by 10:00am on Saturday 10 December. Please remember to return your keys to your residence reception and to remove any key rings. Information about vacating for the Christmas period can be found on our catered moving out pages.
Living in self-catered accommodation?
Students living within self-catered accommodation are able to remain in their rooms over the Christmas period, however, if you are remaining in your accommodation then please let us know, so that we can plan for essential repair work and so that Estate Patrol know where you are in case of an emergency. To let us know, please:

Rumour buster – Is more housing being released in January?
Many students are querying if more private accommodation will be listed on Studentpad in January. In previous years our Accommodation Fair has always been held in January and our listings on Studentpad always went live to match this date. This year, the date of the Accommodation Fair was brought forward to November and the accommodation adverts for 2017/18 were listed at the same time.
We are still receiving telephone calls on a daily basis from letting agents, landlords and private providers who wish to advertise on Studentpad. These include properties which have been Afs/Unipol accredited so look out for the ‘thumbs up’ symbol. As accommodation contines to be added, we recommend that you check Studentpad on a regular basis to view any new listings.
Christmas meal at La Touche
On Friday 9 December, why not head to La Touche for a Christmas lunch at any time between 11:30am-2:30pm? An ideal way to end the term. Costing £7.95 for students or £9.50 for staff, you will enjoy roast turkey and all the trimmings or homemade nut loaf followed by a choice of dessert.
Accommodation Account downtime
On Wednesday 16 December between 6:00pm-10:00pm and Thursday 15 December from 8:00pm-midnight access to your Accommodation Account will be unavailable due to essential maintenance by Exeter IT. Thank you for your patience during this time.
