The Accommodation Office are available by telephoning 0300 555 0444 or emailing: sid@exeter.ac.uk until 4:00pm on Friday 23 December 2016. We will be return at 9:00am on Tuesday 3 January 2017. If you have a question for your residence directly then please see our residence reception contact information to see a list of opening times and availability between 19 December 2016 – 3 January 2017.
On campus on Christmas Day?
If you will be staying on campus on Christmas Day then why not join our traditional Christmas Day Lunch in Lopes Hall? Tickets are £17.50 per person and must be booked before 12 noon, 20 December 2016. Arrival from 12.30pm for lunch at 1:00pm? The price includes a drink on arrival, 2 course lunch, Christmas present and much more. Students, staff and all their families welcome. Tickets can be purchased through the online store.
Living in self-catered accommodation?
A reminder to those of you who will be remaining on campus between 23 December 2016 and 2 January 2016 we need to know, so that we can plan for essential maintenance and Estate Patrol know where you are in case of an emergency. If you are staying in your accommodation during this period please let us know by completing the following:
- Login to Sid Online and click on the ‘Ask SID’ box
- Go to the Quick Enquiry Log
- In enquiry category select ‘Accommodation: Christmas Vacation’
- Answer the category questions
- Click ‘Log now’
All of the information you will need about moving out or staying is available on our website.
Semester one students vacating
Semester one students are due to vacate their accommodation at 10:00am on Saturday 14 January 2017. Please ensure that you have read our moving out webpage prior to your departure for information about how to leave your room and where to return your keys on your day of departure.
Semester two students arriving
Students studying with us for semester two are due to arrive in their accommodation from 4:00pm on Sunday 15 January 2017. For information about your arrival please refer to the following links:

Please note that here are many items including starter packs and bedding packs available through Click2Campus (please check your residence webpage for bed sizes). These packs can be delivered to your accommodation reception in time for your arrival.
