How to book my arrival slot in University of Exeter accommodation?
After receiving your ‘Contract Formation Email’ from the Accommodation Office which confirms your booking, you will then receive an email advising you to complete your online eInduction and book your arrival slot. Please wait until you have received an email from us about this before trying to book your slot. We recommend that you view the following videos for step by step information:

How long are the arrival time slots?
Arrival time slots are for 30 minutes between 9:00am-6pm. This allows for 5 minutes arrival, 5 minutes to leave and a 20 minute unload time.

If you are arriving between 6pm-10:30pm then you will be able to book a slot for this specific time frame and arrive at any time during the four-hour period. For students arriving after 11:00pm, please contact us and let us know in order for us to update you on how to collect your key.

How to book my arrival slot in my nominated residence?
Students who have been allocated to Point Exe, The Printworks, Northfield, Northernhay or Clidton Place then please be aware that at all your contract and arrival information will come via our partners. If you have any queries about arranging your arrival, then please contact your residence directly.
