In light of the severe weather which is affecting the UK at the moment and because Exeter has been issued with a ‘Red Alert’ from the Met Office, we felt it would be best to update you all on what is happening over the next couple of days:
Accommodation Office
The Accommodation Office will remain closed on Friday 2 March 2018. During this time we will not be running our drop-in sessions in the Forum and recommend that you log a SID enquiry for the attention of the ‘Accommodation Office’ and we will respond to you at our earliest opportunity.
Who to contact?
During this period if you have a residence specific query then your main University of Exeter residence reception will remain open during this time*. Please contact them by telephone or email. Information and opening times are available on our website. If your reception is closed, please contact Estate Patrol if needed.
*If you are living in one of our nominated residences, these may have varied opening times during this period. Their contact information is available on our website but opening times may vary.

Offer Holder Visit Day – Visitors
The Offer Holder Visit Day due to take place on Saturday 3 March has had to be cancelled due to the weather and for safety reasons of many of our visitors. Emails are being sent to those registered students with alternative times to visit our campuses. If you would like to rebook an alternative date then please log back into your Offer-Holder Visit day booking page.

Due to the Offer Holder Visit Day being cancelled on Saturday 3 March then students who were prepared to show their rooms at either Holland Hall, Rowancroft or Lafrowda will now not need to do so. The next visit day will take place on Wednesday 14 March.Chinese New Year
