Welcome to those students who have been able to attend our information drop-in sessions today (and continuing into tomorrow). For those of you who have been unable to attend and are looking for private accommodation in the city please see the information below.

What private accommodation is available?
If you are looking for private accommodation within the city then we recommend visiting www.exeterstudentpad.co.uk to see what shared housing, lodgings and rooms are still available. We can confirm that there is still availability as we have checked with all advertisers today. Please see the list of ‘Private Sector providers leaflet August 2018‘ which has been offered to attendees of our drop-in sessions.

Our website is updated on a daily basis to show what is available through larger providers within the city. Other websites to consider include:

If you wish to look for short-term accommodation within our INTO Duryard residences (on-campus but provided by INTO and not the University of Exeter) which will run until 15 December then contact INTO directly on 01392 725645. We would recommend that you then visit one of our Accommodation drop-in sessions throughout term time in November or December in order to advise us that you’re looking for accommodation from 15 December and we will be able to offer you an alternative room for the remainder of your first year.
