We hope exams are going well for you all. This week, we have a list of events which can tempt you all during term two and also an update on what to do if you have any queries about your laundry or your accommodation.
Semester two arrivals
Students who are arriving this weekend for the start of their semester two Erasmus/Exchange programme, then take a look at our Moving In checklist for information about what to bring. Please note that the Click2Campus website is not currently working for students to order kitchen/bedding packs, however there are a number of shops in the city centre whereby you can order items online for collection. Making payment for the second term
Second term payments for accommodation are due. You can find out on our website the different ways in which you can make the payment.
Term two events
The Residence Life Team have an action packed calendar of events planned for term two. Take a look at their website for information on exactly what events are going on and how you can purchase tickets. These include:
- Quiz nights
- Bingo
- Bristol and Cardiff day trips
- Dartmouth steam train
- Football match (with a pasty and a pint)
- So much more….
Are you in a laundry quandary?
If you’re having difficulties with the laundries and machines located across campus then why not chat to the Circuit Team who will help you use the app and answer any queries you have about the facilities available. Following student feedback, they will also be visiting campus on 16th and 17th January to help out. Click on the poster to the right for further information about dates/times they will be at your residence.
If you are unable to attend any of these dates, then you can email your questions which will be answered in due course.
Term two SID drop-in times
Our Accommodation drop-in sessions are well under way and a member of the Accommodation Office is available Monday to Friday between 11:00am-3:00pm throughout term two. Please visit the SID desk and ask to join our queue.
Please note that these times will be extended on Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 January. We will be available between 10:00am-4:00pm on these two days.
