We received over 200 calls yesterday within our call centre and this included a number of calls from students who now have a firm offer with the University of Exeter and wondered when they could make an application for accommodation. Please see below for more information:

Creating an accommodation application
In order to create an application for accommodation, you will need to create an accommodation account with your nine digit Exeter student number starting with 65 which will be in the email you receive to confirm your academic place. (Please note that this is not your UCAS number.)

Once you have done this you will be able to login and complete your application for accommodation. Please ensure that you tick the box and click the ‘submit’ button on the final page so that we receive your application.

The accommodation guarantee is no longer available and therefore any application received after 31 July will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis so an early application is advisable.

Forgotten login details or need to amend email
If you have forgotten your login details e.g. your password or you wish to update your email address then you can re-activate your accommodation account. By re-activating your account, this means that you will not lose any applications already submitted and the same information will still be available.

Preparing for arrival
If you have already confirmed your accommodation then please refer to our moving in pages. If you have not yet completed our eInduction or arranged your arrival booking time, please ensure that you arrange this as soon as possible via the link sent to you via email. We advise that this is done by no later than Monday 17 August because this system will not be available again until Monday 24 August.

If you have any questions about your accommodation application or offers, please contact us on 0300 555 0444 we are available between 8:00am-8:00pm on Friday 14 August and between 8:30am – 6:00pm the week commencing 24 August 2015.
