Just to start off with a reminder that we are currently experiencing high volumes of calls at the moment, especially during the morning, please note that we are available between 8:30am-6:00pm all of this week and can be contacted on 0300 555 0444. No question is too big or too small!

We have also received a large volume of emails and we will be responding to all of these this week, but you may experience a slight delay.

Arrivals
Please refer to yesterday’s blog post for information about when you are able to complete your eInduction and book your arrival time using our online booking system. You will be sent an email during the early hours of the morning on the day that this system is available to you with a link to our online system. If you are arriving outside of the arrival times you will need to contact the Accommodation Team to make them aware of this in order for your keys to be available.

Undergraduate students who have applied for accommodation since 31 July
We will be sending an update to all undergraduate students who applied for accommodation between 1 and 24 August by the end of today. Whilst we will be able to offer a large number of these students accommodation, we have written to some students to advise them that we do not currently anticipate being able to house them and to invite them to come along to the University on Thursday 27 August to meet others in a similar situation and to look for accommodation. Please check you emails for details about this.

Thinking of applying for accommodation now?
For any students who are considering making an application for accommodation from now, please note that we will be unable to offer you University accommodation and therefore recommend that you seek private housing within the city via Studentpad. If you require any further links to accommodation and larger providers within the city please email us at: sid@exeter.ac.uk and we would be able to send you a list.
