After being away over the bank holiday weekend, the Accommodation Team will be working through your emails sent over the weekend from today, so please bear with us for a response. Our accommodation call centre is available on 0300 555 0444 between 8:45am – 5:15pm all of this week.

Deposits
If you have accepted your offer and have paid your accommodation deposit over the weekend then please be advised that it can take up to 48 hours/two working days for a deposit to be processed on our system and therefore within your accommodation account it will show as “awaiting deposit” until this goes through. Those of you paid your deposit between Friday 28 – Monday 31 August, should receive a confirmation email from us by no later than Wednesday 2 September.

Moving in
Today is the first day of September which means that all of our new students are joining is THIS MONTH and will be frantically trying to organise themselves. Have you seen our moving in pages which provide you with information of what you need to do and get ready prior to arriving with us? Take a look at the checklists given for self-catered and catered residences which provide you with an itemised list of what you will need to bring in order to see you through your first few nights with us.

Click2Campus
There are many items including starter packs and bedding packs available through Click2Campus. You will need to check your individual residence webpage for bed sizes*. These packs can be delivered to your residence reception in time for your arrival.

*If you are placed within Rowe House then some of the rooms have single beds and some of them have double beds, so please contact us in order to check which size bed you will have.
