Summer accommodation applications
Applications are now open for all current students who require summer accommodation between 18 June – 3 September. En-suite rooms are available at James Owen Court and studios are available at Birks Grange Village. Please see our website for further information including prices and also how you can apply.
Accommodation fees are now due
As of Monday 25 April accommodation fees for students currently living within our accommodation are now due. Please visit our ‘how to pay‘ webpage for information on the different methods of payment which are accepted by the University of Exeter.
Spring Break Summer Ball
With exams looming, it is always good to think of life after exams as motivation and what better way to celebrate than with the Spring Break Summer Ball. Tickets are now available for all current students living within University of Exeter accommodation to attend the Summer Ball. It takes place on Monday 30 May between 9:00pm-2:00am at The Lemon Grove. An ‘Early Riser Special’ is in place and a limited number of tickets will be available for the reduced rate of £10.00 and offered on a first come, first served basis. All tickets bought before Friday 6 May will be entered into a prize draw and the winner will have the cost of their ticket reimbursed and receive two free drinks and food on the night. The event is being described as follows:
“The Miami Beach Nightlife has arrived on your doorstep, so time to celebrate with a final end of year blowout! Think Spring Break – expect a line-up of DJs, themed rooms, cocktail bars, and The Lemon Grove as you have never seen it before. This is your personal invite to the official summer residences ball. Your ticket includes one portion of food free of charge from the Grove Diner.”

Accommodation drop-in sessions
Our Accommodation Office drop-in sessions are back up running this term. We are available Monday-Friday between 12:00pm-2:00pm in The Forum to answer your queries about all things accommodation. To join our queue, please visit the SID desk within The Forum on the Streatham Campus. Plaese remember that no question is too big or too small.
