Waiting list update
Those students who have submitted a ‘Changing Room or Residence‘ form and are placed on our waiting list, then please note, we are working through this list and will be in touch with you once we have availability.
If you have placed yourself on the waiting list to move rooms but are now settled where you are, please let us know and we will remove your details. For 2016/17 there is a £50.00 movement charge for students who move rooms.
Open Day
On Saturday 1 October, both Streatham and St Lukes’ are taking part in the University of Exeter Open Day. This will mean a large number of visitors coming to the University.
Accommodation viewings will be available at some of our residences and visitors will have a chance to see a catered residence at Exeter Halls and self-catered residences at Lafrowda and Rowe House (Streatham Campus) and Rowancroft (St Lukes Campus).
The accommodation tours should cause minimal impact to students in residence but we would like to ask for your patience and co-operation while we welcome potential new students and their families to the University.

Residence Life Team
Are you feeling a little isolated or homesick? Are you experiencing issues with noise? If you have any concerns about university life then our Residence Life Team are available to speak to and to offer their advice and support.
The Team also run events throughout the year – this week they have been handing out free cupcakes to students living within University accommodation and this will continue next week. Make sure you look out for posters and keep an eye on your email for details of a cupcake event near you!

Drop-in sessions
We have met a few of you at our SID drop-in sessions which are running from 9:00am-5:00pm this week. From Monday 3 October, we will be available between 10:00am-4:00pm Monday to Friday. If you have any queries outside of these hours then please email us or telephone us on 0300 555 0444 (managed 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday).
