It’s here… the end of the second term! As you all head off for your Easter vacation, please find below some information about what you need to do prior to vacating, what services are available over Easter and also how you could win a £50.00 Amazon voucher:
Moving out over the Easter
Students living within catered halls are due to vacate their rooms and return their keys/fob to their residence reception by 10:00am on Saturday 1 April (Easter) for the Easter Vacation. Students are able to return from Sunday 30 April 2017. Students living within Holland Hall will also need to remove all belongings from their room during this period. Please note that there is no storage available on campus and therefore a list of local Storage companies can be accessed via our FAQ page.
What is available over Easter (SID, Guild Advice and Accommodation Office)
We have updated our Residence Receptions webpage to confirm what times the receptions are open during the vacation period. SID will be available on the following days during the vacation period:
- Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm (Streatham)
- Monday to Friday 8:15am – 5:00pm (St Lukes)
- Closed Good Friday (14 April) and Easter Monday (17 April)
The Guild Advice Unit at Streatham will be open Monday to Friday 10:00am-3:00pm with the following exceptions:
- Monday 10 April open 12.30pm- 3:00pm
- Closed Good Friday (14 April) and Easter Monday (17 April)
- Wednesday 19 and Thursday 27 April open 12.30pm- 3:00pm
The Guild Advice drop-in clinic based at G47 on the St Luke’s campus will be available between 1:00am-3:00pm on the following dates: Monday 3 April, Wednesday 5 April, Friday 7 April, Monday 24 April, Wednesday 26 April and Friday 28 April.
The Accommodation Office drop-in sessions will not be available during the vacation period and will start again on Tuesday 2 May. If you have any queries during this time, please do not hesitate to contact us between 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday via SID or by contacting us via our Facebook page. Please note, the Accommodation Office will be closed on Good Friday (14 April) and Easter Monday (17 April).
