Been offered a room via our on-line system?

Paid a deposit before accepting an offer?
If you have already paid your accommodation deposit and the system is now not allowing you to accept the offer, please select the ‘pay by expiry date’ option within your account. Your deposit payment will still be matched with your contract and will not be lost. Please allow two working days for a deposit to come through on our system.

eInduction
You are required to complete the online eInduction before you are able to book your arrival slot. This provides incredibly useful information about your residence and what you need to know prior to your arrival and during your stay. We recommend viewing our ‘How to complete the online eInduction‘ video for advice.

Arrivals
Our online arrival booking system is now open for everybody who has a confirmed booking for accommodation with the University of Exeter. Please wait until you have received an email from us about this before trying to book your slot. We recommend that you view our ‘How to book my arrival slot’ video for a step by step guide on how to do this.

Please note, if you wish to amend your booking, information about this is available at 4:40 into the video.

Been offered a room with one of our nomination partners?

Remember that all your contract and arrival information will come via our partners, so make sure you check your emails to be up to date with the process of securing a room with them.

What do I need to bring?
Our dedicated Arrival’s and Freshers’ webpage provides information about what you need to bring and what needs to be done prior to your arrival with us. Please ensure that you look at the ‘what to bring checklist‘ for information on what is required to see you through your first night*.

*It is not recommended that those within self-catered each buy a 12 piece dining set because if you are sharing the kitchen with other people who all decide to bring a dining set, this is a lot of washing up!!

If you have not yet read the fantastic guest blog post from Helen Anderson of the Residence Life Team, I recommend you do take a look. She discusses the “Do’s and Don’ts” associated with Freshers’ Week.
