Arriving on the 16th or 17th September in University accommodation*?
Arrivals Weekend will take place across 16-17 September 2017. Students are able to arrive on Friday 15 September if they have accepted an offer in Lafrowda, Rowe House, St German’s or Birks Grange Village self-catered accommodation. Welcome activities with our
Please note that we do accept arrivals across these dates even though all accommodation contracts start on Sunday 17 September. Students will be able to move in to their accommodation on their arrival date and no extra charge will be incurred.
*If you are arriving at one of our nominated residences, you will need to contact your residence directly to make arrangements about your arrival.
Arriving after the Arrivals Weekend in University accommodation?
If you are arriving from 18 September onwards in university accommodation, then you will be able to book this time slot through the online booking system so that we continue to hold your accommodation for you.

The Residence Life Team have a number of events taking place over the Arrivals Weekend and throughout Freshers’ Week. Take a look at their events for information.
The Students’ Guild have a number of events taking place throughout the week. Take a look at their events and also see which societies you could join up too.
