One more day until you all begin to arrive with us. If you have any last-minute thoughts about what to bring then take a look at our Arrivals and Freshers’ webpage which includes a useful checklist of what to bring. We are looking into your arrival with us today:
Online Arrivals check-in system has now closed
As of last night, the online arrival check-in system has closed. You are now no longer able to book an online arrival slot or amend a current booking. If you have not been able to book an arrival slot then we recommend you turn up on either Saturday 16 or Sunday 17 September before 11:00am or after 3:00pm and speak to one of the Marshalls or Parking Attendants available on the day.

They will be able to advise you when a space will be free in order for you to park and move in to your accommodation. We encourage you to aim to arrive at either 15 minutes past the hour or 15 minutes to the hour and priority will be given to students who have used our on-line booking system so you may be asked to wait in another location until there is a space for you unload at your residence.

Bringing a different vehicle?
If you are bringing a different vehicle or have entered the registration number incorrectly then please do not worry. Please write your new registration on your parking permit and place this in your window upon your arrival.

Booked your events?
The Residence Life Team have a number of events taking place across the Arrivals Weekend. Take a look at their website to see what is going on and when. As well as this, a number of our Guild Societies have events running throughout Arrivals and Freshers’. Make sure you check out what is going on.
