So you’ve been in Exeter for almost a whole term now (or longer if you’re not a Fresher!) and you may be hearing rumours that you need to arrange next year’s accommodation before you go home for Christmas… Not true!

Exeter has plenty of student accommodation in University residences, private houses and private blocks, and bookings aren’t usually taken until at least mid-January so please don’t rush into anything.

There are lots of things to consider when looking for your new home: how much can you afford to pay? Who do you want to live with? Where do you want to live? What is really involved in arranging a housing contract?

With so much to think about, the Students’ Guild are running drop-in HousingFinder sessions every week from now until the middle of January to give you lots of information, and we’ll be there with them every Wednesday, so come along and ask us any questions you have!

Sessions will run from 12noon to 2pm in The Guild’s pop-up house by the Ram – ours is a lime and lemonade!
