Our Outer Areas team have spotted this fungus on an oak tree at Duryard. We understand it is a Fistulina hepatica, or Beefsteak Fungus. It is, potentially, not the best news for the tree, so the Grounds Team will be undertaing a Picus survey of the tree to check internal structures.
