Buttons like “read more”

All “bootstrap” buttons:
primary/default look here

secondary look here
success look here
danger look here
warning look here
info look here
light look here
dark look here
So “secondary” and “dark” are same as “light”, strangely.

Note one problem: whole button reacts as link (e.g., cursor becomes a hand like on hyperlink, color changes slightly) but it isn’t a link; so visitors click but nothing happens. Only the “here”-text is link. As a solution:
make whole button a link… … and maybe change hyperlink color
