This is an in-person conference and there is no provision for online participation.

The tickets for the Gala Dinner will need to be booked separately.

Gala Dinner, 5^th September 2025 – £55

The University will offer accommodation at a discounted rate at Holland Hall, University of Exeter. Please see visit the Accommodation page for the details.

Graduate Student Waiver

We have reserved 20 three-day conference tickets (excl. accommodation and the gala dinner) for Graduate Students who do not hold a full-time academic position and have no other source of funding i.e., non-grant holders.

To apply for one of the free places, please write to us at: info-clc2025@exeter.ac.uk with your name, contact email, home country, employment/education status, and a reason for applying (max 150 words).
