The workshop will start at 09:00 on Monday 15 July and close at 16:00 on Friday 19 July.
We have organised a private coach to drop people off at St Davids train station on Friday 19th. The pick-up from the Met Office will be at 16:30. It will take at least 20 minutes to make this trip. If you have a train to catch, we suggest booking this after 17:00.

Met Office security requirements
When you first arrive at the Met Office you will be asked to show identification in order to pick up your name badge. If you have an EU drivers license this suitable otherwise you will need to bring your passport.
Dinners
Each day the bus from the MO will drop people off near the restaurant. If you do not want to join us for dinner, please make alternate arrangements back to your accommodation.
We have pre-orded meals and so we can not offer meal choices. We have included all dietary requirements and estimated vegetarian requests based on the registration form. Drinks are not included with the meals but there is a cash bar at each venue.
If you want to join in the meals you will need to fill in the pole we have sent participants via email.
Monday 19:30: City Gate Hotel located at Iron Bridge, Exeter EX4 3RB for a BBQ banquet in the sun shine (optimistically).
Tuesday 18:30: Puerto Lounge located at 38 Commercial Rd, Exeter EX2 4AE for tapas by the riverside.
Wednesday 18:00: Reed Hall located at Streatham Dr, Exeter EX4 4QR for our conference dinner.
Thusday 19:00 The Stable Exeter located at Unit 32 Guildhall Shopping Centre, Queen St, Exeter EX4 3EB for pizza and local Devon cider.
