Hyperlocal is a series of 10 micro-commissions by freelance Devon and Cornwall based artists exploring the hyperlocal of their immediate domestic environment. It was commissioned by Arts and Culture University of Exeter in partnership with Exeter Northcott Theatre, Exeter Phoenix and Kaleider.
