Agile ways of working demonstrate the importance of having time to reflect and share what went well and what we can learn after each sprint, so the end of the year is no different for us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Performance Analyst, Rebecca Jeavons and I pulled out key data points which highlight our achievements of 2023, and created a &#8216;Digital Wrapped&#8217; video to share with the team. In the style of Spotify Wrapped, it brings to life 2023 for us, which was certainly a &#8220;rollercoaster&#8221; of a year filled with achievements, including growing the team by 77%, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.exeter.ac.uk\/departments\/digital\/productsandservices\/digitalupskillexperiences\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">digitally upskilling<\/a> 1,029 people, conducting user research sessions with 517 attendees, and launching a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.exeter.ac.uk\/departments\/digital\/productsandservices\/uoewebapp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">web-based app<\/a> with 7 value adding features!
