March 2023<\/strong>. Finding the Way: Understanding the Barriers to Retention and Success for Early Career Researchers in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Sciences and Engineering.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In March 2023, we held an event open for academic staff, executive members, and those involved in ED&I policy and practice, and improving research culture. During one morning, the team presented the key findings of the report, listened insightful comments and reflections from the University of Exeter’s Assistant Director\u200b of Research & Impact (Strategy, Policy & Performance) Dr. Sumi David<\/a>, and co-created recommendations with participants to improve Early Career Researchers experiences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
