1 February 2022The Education Welfare Team provide advice and support to students who maybe struggling with their studies because of health and/or personal reasons. Education Welfare Advisors and Officers are based at the College Info Points and offer advice and support, as well as signposting to specialist advice, support services and self-help materials. This support is through an initial Welfare Meeting or through the Health, Wellbeing and Support for Study Procedure (HWSS).

We also offer an instant chat service Monday – Friday all year round (apart from University closure days) between 12:30pm and 2:00pm – the link to the instant chat can be found on our website in the link above.
Our team will be offering welfare drop in sessions in Term 2 (from 7th February) every Monday from 1:00pm – 2:30pm in Exehale – which is on the second floor in Devonshire house: www.exeter.ac.uk/students/wellbeing/support/exehale/ . These drop-ins are open to any students (you do not need to book) who need advice and guidance on their studies and will be run by the Education Welfare Team.
