Are you looking ahead for your career after graduation? Apply for mentoring by one of our experienced professionals in the June-November 2022 Career Mentor Scheme. This 6-month scheme is an unmissable opportunity to receive tailored guidance in your sector to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for your future career – all from the perspective of someone who was once in your shoes. The scheme has a wide variety of mentors for you to choose from, such as Engineering, Patent Law and Computer Science including:

Located in Austria, Nigel Clark (exeter.joinhandshake.co.uk/stu/jobs/37364?ref=preview-header-click) is the Head of Unit at the European Patent Office. His main responsibility involves promoting access to and use of Intellectual Property (patents) to support innovation. He is keen to support students looking for an international career.
Stephen Crosher (exeter.joinhandshake.co.uk/stu/jobs/37006?ref=preview-header-click) is the Strategic Programs Director at Synopsys Inc. He has had a career in electronic engineering and can support students interested in this sector as well as computer science.
Reach for the stars with Daniel Holdaway (exeter.joinhandshake.co.uk/stu/jobs/36734?ref=preview-header-click), Research Scientist at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Centre! He is interested in mentoring any maths, physics, computer science or engineering students interested in a career in science.
Peter Thomas (exeter.joinhandshake.co.uk/stu/jobs/20570?ref=preview-header-click) is an aviation and engineering consultant and retired captain at TUI airways. Peter has worked for over 30 years as a commercial airline pilot including flying with the Royal Air Force and can help your career prospects reach new heights!
