This is an ‘umbrella’ group which is currently active with Zoom meetings every 2 months – the third Wednesday of every second month at 11am – and an ‘Always on’ Whatsapp group. The next Zoom meeting is scheduled for the 16th November 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you would like an invite to either group please email Howard Almond on h.almond@exeter.ac.uk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the WhatsApp group you’ll need to have the WhatsApp app on your phone and to let Howard know your mobile phone number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All groups are open to patients, relatives, carers and any doctors and nurses wishing to find out more about the condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have close ties to the specialist centre at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, and to the University of Exeter Medical School, so consequently we can probably serve patients in the South West peninsula the best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However we of course welcome patients, and their relatives and Carers, from all around the country, or abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The WhatsApp group is always available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
