First we had talks about career pathways a Mathematics PhD can take you outside of academia by\u00a0Dr. Varun Bhaskar Kothamachu\u00a0(Exeter Alumnus &#8211; Senior Manager of Product and AI Solutions at Lifebit Biotech),\u00a0Dr. Paul Burns (UK MetOffice),\u00a0Dr. Jordan Moore\u00a0(Exeter Alumnus &#8211; Senior Quantitative Researcher at Impossible Cloud) and\u00a0Simon Kirby\u00a0(Research Software Engineer). Followed by an overview on PhD and ECR careers support at the University of Exeter by\u00a0Peter O&#8217; Rouke.
