Capacity is limited!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Before registering, read this advice for the use of our web store:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The price for <em>On-campus accommodation<\/em> and <em>Breakfast<\/em> is listed as \u00a30 on the main page. The correct price per night and per breakfast will appear when you click <em>Book Event<\/em> and select the nights you want to book.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>breakfast voucher dates match the accommodation dates<\/strong>: If you book accommodation for the night of June 29 and you would like breakfast the next morning, add Breakfast for 29th June to your basket.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The &#8216;<em>Continue shopping<\/em>&#8216; button takes you to the main <em>University of Exeter<\/em> store. To return to the <em>ExE 2026<\/em> store, use the Navigation menu to go to <em>Conferences and Events<\/em> \u2192 <em>Faculty of Environment, Science and Economy<\/em> \u2192 <em>Ecology and Conservation<\/em>. Once you have completed this, your registration is official.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"abstractsubmission\">Abstract submission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We invite submission of abstracts for poster and oral presentations. Available talk slots are limited but attendees submitting a talk abstract that is not selected will have the opportunity to present in a poster session. We will select abstracts for talks and notify attendees by April 30<sup>th<\/sup>. Full details of format for talks (likely to be 10-12 minutes) and posters will be provided at this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please complete the conference registration before submitting an abstract.<\/strong> Abstracts submitted without a confirmed registration will not be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the abstract submission form we ask you to indicate up to 2 conference themes you feel your abstract is aligned with. You might however be able to obtain financial support to attend ExE 2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/eseb2025.com\/travel-grants\/\">elsewhere<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation policy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need to cancel your registration for any of the conference events (including the dinner, excursion, post-conference workshops and on-campus accommodation), we will provide a full refund upon proof of purchase, provided that cancellation takes place at least two months before the start of the conference. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A registration may be transferred to another person free of charge until two weeks before the start of the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To cancel or transfer your registration, <a href=\"mailto:info@evoxeco.uk\">email<\/a> the organisers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Code of Conduct<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We are committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and intellectually rigorous environment for all participants.
