Through the analysis completed in the ‘Plan’ section and areas you might have ‘Explored’ you can now identify possible areas for development. You may have completed some of the suggested activities in the other sections of the toolkit so go back and look through them to see where you might have identified areas for development and growth. Also remember that upskilling isn’t just about courses and training, in today’s world of work experiences counts for a lot, so where can you gain relevant experience? You will find some suggested ideas in the Take Action section of this toolkit.

Skills training and related learning and development
- Attend training: visit the suggested ‘Live Training’ to view current opportunities related to careers which includes CV writing, interview skills and confidence building amongst other areas.

- Self-directed learning: our LearnSmart portal offers a wide range of learning topics. Some of these are curated for you below but you may also wish to search for your own resources or check out the wider Career resources.
