Career development toolkit

This toolkit has been designed to guide you around the career planning cycle in order to better inform you about career decisions and to help you plan effectively. It will help with questions like; ‘What motivates you?’, ‘What areas should you explore first?’, ‘Where should you focus your time and effort?’, ‘How do you get started?’ and more. We have grouped resources into four areas starting with ‘Plan’, a really important section that will help you understand what you want from a career or job. However, if you are already clear about this you may want to explore one of the other sections in the Hub such as ‘Upskilling’ or ‘Taking Action’.

There are a number of resources signposted in this toolkit that are explained under each section and go into differing levels of detail.
