Divisonal People Champions support their Divisional Directors to deliver the People Theme of Strategy 2030. They provide a key link with Exeter Professional and help to cascade information relating to people development and training. They communicate divisional needs and perspectives to Human Resources, helping to shape our work on organisational development, wellbeing, culture and inclusion. People Champions are currently playing a vital role in supporting the development of the new Graduate Scheme and TIDE internal talent programme.
