2026 for successful colleagues to start their TIDE journey in mid-September 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Please note that it is a key requirement of TIDE to have your line manager&#8217;s permission in order to undertake the programme<\/strong>, and following an application from you, the programme team will reach out to your line manager to ask for a short statement of their support.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the application process?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply for TIDE, you will need to complete an application form that will ask you questions on why you are interested in the programme and what you hope to gain from it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex
