SAF e SSP provaram ser ben\u00e9ficos na restaura\u00e7\u00e3o de solos, levando a aumentos na alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do gado e, portanto, na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de leite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este projeto concentra-se em resolver a quest\u00e3o da disponibilidade de sementes de Inga, que n\u00e3o pode ser armazenada, plantando pomares comunit\u00e1rios como base para ampliar os sistemas Agroflorestais (SAF) e Silvopastoris (SSP) no Estado de Mato Grosso, Brasil. Al\u00e9m disso, desenvolver\u00e1 20 projetos de SSP de agricultura familiar baseados em Inga como projetos de demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o, incentivando 250 fam\u00edlias a adot\u00e1-los como um meio de melhorar a produtividade da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o animal e capitalizar os aumentos na produtividade do leite. Trabalhando com nossa institui\u00e7\u00e3o parceira Instituto Ouro Verde (IOV), nossa abordagem de &#8220;bases&#8221; (envolvendo pequenos propriet\u00e1rios na sele\u00e7\u00e3o e monitoramento de esp\u00e9cies arb\u00f3reas) pode ser ampliada regionalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principais resultados do projeto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"background:linear-gradient(135deg,rgb(238,238,238) 73%,rgb(169,184,195) 100%)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Disseminar sementes de Inga<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Estabeleceremos 4 pomares de sementes de Inga que atuam como centros para a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de sementes de Inga no estado de Mato Grosso.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intensificar sustentavelmente a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de leite<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Estabeleceremos 20 sistemas silvipastoris integrados para pequenos agricultores Inga que melhoram a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de leite e possibilitam oportunidades de pre\u00e7os premium.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Desenvolver recursos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Desenvolveremos uma cartilha n\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica e f\u00e1cil de usar com t\u00e9cnicas de SSP projetadas com e para as comunidades locais.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Os pomares de sementes propostos e os testes de campo de SAF e SSP tamb\u00e9m representam experimentos silviculturais em larga escala e s\u00e3o valiosos recursos para ec\u00f3logos tropicais. Estes experimentos s\u00e3o excelentes plataformas para caracterizar a ecologia funcional de esp\u00e9cies arb\u00f3reas tropicais.
