What was your biggest achievement during your internship?
Building positive relationships with staff across the campus and consolidating a good reputation for the things I have achieved and the work I have completed.
Were there any challenges during your internship and if so, how did you overcome these?
Joining a new department where understanding of roles was not clear was certainly challenging. I had to be patient, resilient and enthusiastic, realising my role in the department and helping students/staff with the transition.
What were your reasons for undertaking this internship?

The colleagues are fun, fair and constructive, you rarely feel under pressure or overwhelmed.
