What was your biggest achievement on your internship?
Seeing a previously anxious student, whom I had supported, gain the confidence to participate in the prom was a rewarding experience whilst working for Experio.
Were there any challenges and how did you overcome these?
I had to deal with a range of challenges including difficulties communicating and changes to plans, where I had to consider different eventualities. To overcome these challenges, I took the time to plan conversations to ensure that events and activities ran smoothly.
What were your reasons for undertaking this internship?
