What was your biggest achievement on your internship?

My biggest achievement during this internship was creating a piece of code that helped to simulate the mathematical problem I was working on. The process required considerable persistence and determination making the accomplishment especially rewarding.

Were there any challenges and how did you overcome these?

The challenge with this research was trying to assure myself that my code was representative of the problem that I was aiming to solve. This meant finding a way to “sanity check” the simulation I was producing, which required a level of lateral thinking. I overcame this by coming up with a criteria to reassure myself that the code I was producing felt feasible.
