Job Summary:
The role involved peer supervision of protocol implementation, supervision of sample analysis, and support in the analysis of bioinformatics data.
What was your biggest achievement on your internship?
I supervised a group of students in a research project and I am currently writing up the results of my internship research in a paper to be published.
Were there any challenges and how did you overcome these?
There were no challenges.
Would you recommend this internship scheme to other students?
Yes, I would recommend the scheme to other students.
I used it two years in a row and it was the only way I could have funded my internships, it changed my life by letting me explore options in carrying out and presenting research.
