What was your biggest achievement on your internship?
Leading a project alongside my day-to-day responsibilities aimed at improving international students access and engagement with the careers services.
Were there any challenges and how did you overcome these?
Learning on the job at the same time as the peak busy periods was challenging. I overcame this by not being scared to ask for help from other SCP’s and my managers.
What were your reasons for undertaking this internship?

Yes, I would recommend the SCP Internship scheme, as it provides you with professional experience you can draw on in interviews. They also provide much greater flexibility than other part-time roles and acknowledge your university commitments.
