What was your biggest achievement on your internship?
I managed the project enquiries system, consisting of an email inbox and Microsoft form, which was open to the entire institution. In the first month, I received 300 queries via the form alone, which I either triaged to relevant colleagues or personally handled where possible.
Were there any challenges during your internship and if so, how did you overcome these?
We had a very high volume of work for a small team. I learnt to efficiently prioritise tasks and asked for help when needed.
What were your reasons for undertaking this internship?
